Notified us on the Wednesday that it finally arrived and we sealed the deal via e-mail before anybody else could swoop in. One visit to sign the papers on Friday, went back to take delivery on Tuesday, all with no rush, no fuss. Even if Georgetown is a bit far to go, if they have on the lot what you want, it's worth the drive.
